Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (whole-grain, sourdough, whole wheat, or your favorite)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or any melting cheese of your choice)
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the Bread:
- Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
- Layer each with a slice of cheese, followed by apple slices, cooked bacon, a drizzle of honey (if using), and another slice of cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
